Mobile Recovery Units
Agility Recovery Solutions, in partnership with Fiserv Galaxy, provides disaster
recovery and business continuity solutions especially designed for credit unions
like yours. Agility's ReadySuite solution ensures your critical business functions will be available within 48 hours of an emergency declaration.
Terminal Services
This solution provides you with the ability to connect to your database from any
internet connection. For a monthly fee of only $25 per license, you can logon through the internet during a disaster and access the same Fiserv Galaxy application you already do now.
Employee Hotline Service
This service would provide your credit union a dedicated 800 number and
extension to be used for employees to access if your credit union experiences a
disaster. This number would keep your employees up-to-date on emergency notices, staffing needs and other information impacting the operation of your credit union during a disaster.
- The cost of this service is $25 a month with a one-time setup charge of $250.
Business Continuity Planning
Strohl Systems, in partnership with Fiserv Galaxy, offers the industry’s only web-based business continuity planning tool designed specifically to help credit unions meet NCUA and FFIEC regulations. Strohl Systems offers credit unions a cost-effective solution that simplifies the planning process to build, test, and maintain a comprehensive business continuity and disaster recovery plan.
Member Contact Center
During a disaster, PSCU, in partnership with Fiserv Galaxy, can provide your members the value of 24 x 7 telephone support. With the CUAlways program, PSCU representatives are trained to function as an extension of your credit union's own member services staff.
System Recovery - Inhouse Clients
If your facility were to experience a disaster, how long would it take you to
recover your primary services? Unlike other solutions, which can take days to implement, Fiserv Galaxy Disaster Recovery Solution is designed to restore full data processing for an in-house client within 4 hours of a declared disaster. This solution can include restoring core processing, online ATM processing, internet banking, ARU and unattended processing.
